Returns

What’s your return policy?
We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, let us know by contacting us at overwhelmedthelabel@gmail.com!

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us at overwhelmedthelabel@gmail.com with photos of the wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts on each product page. In rare cases, if an item was mislabeled, contact us at overwhelmedthelabel@gmail.com within a week of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the mislabeled item.


Shipping and Orders

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about tracking or shipment, email us at overwhelmedthelabel@gmail.com.

When will I get my order?
It usually takes 3–7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Shipping times vary depending on your location but can be estimated as follows:

  • Canada: 10–20 business days

Where will my order ship from?
We work with a manufacturing company that ships from facilities worldwide to ensure quick and efficient delivery.

What do we charge for shipping?
Shipping fees are shown at checkout, based on your location. We aim for transparency and fairness in all our transactions.

Will I be charged customs for my order?
We only ship within Canada at this time. Please let us know if you're charged any VAT or other charges.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. Ask your local post office if they have your package, or check with neighbors. If the shipping address was correct, and your package wasn’t left at the post office or with neighbors, contact us at overwhelmedthelabel@gmail.com with your order number.

If there was a mistake in the delivery address, we can send you a replacement, but you’ll need to cover the shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within Canada at this time, though we’re hoping to ship elsewhere in the future. If you have suggestions or advice, please email us—we’d love to hear from you!


Product and Customization

How are your products made?
We work with a manufacturing company that ships from facilities worldwide to ensure quick and efficient delivery.

Do you offer customizations?
We currently don’t offer customizations, but we’re always open to ideas that fit our brand and community. Feel free to share any thoughts with us!

Sizing help?
We have sizing charts available on each product page. For a comfy fit, Sara and I (Eve) personally size up!


Payments and Discounts

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac. Your payment is secure and processed through Shopify Payment Portal.

Can I make changes to my order once it’s been submitted?
No, orders can’t be changed once submitted and paid for. To ensure a quicker turnaround time, we process orders as quickly as possible.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes, we do! Discounts and promotions are usually advertised on our podcast, Burnt Out Perfectionist.

Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we don’t offer gift cards, though we may consider it in the future.
