Overwhelmed The Label (OTL) is a Canadian, neurodivergent-led brand founded by sisters Sara and Eve. What began as an apparel line has evolved into a broader creative brand focused on stationery, accessories, and everyday tools that support organization, creativity, and self-expression.
We design for people who think differently, feel deeply, and live beautifully messy lives. Our products are intentional, playful, and functional — made with real brains, real routines, and real overwhelm in mind.

Who We Are
At the heart of OTL are two sisters with different paths, shared values, and a deep commitment to creativity.
Sara brings systems thinking, humor, and emotional honesty to everything we make. With a background in tech and lived experience as a neurodivergent mom, she designs tools that actually work for real brains.
Eve brings empathy, accessibility, and thoughtful design shaped by her work in healthcare. She considers how products feel, how they support wellbeing, and how they fit into everyday life.
Together, Sara and Eve blend practicality and creativity, structure and chaos — which is exactly what makes Overwhelmed The Label what it is.
